What is it?

SMARTSTRIDE is a ‘first of its kind’ program pairing personalized running training programs and individualized injury management. Clients receive a calendar-style weekly training program with recommended distances, speeds, and frequency based on your running goals and injury profile. 

How can I use it?

Plan your next race. Rehab while you train. Learn to run (again). Safely increase distance and speed. Finally shake that nagging injury. Speak to someone who knows the language.

Who is it for?

Runners of all experience levels and abilities. Ultra-marathoners. PB seekers. Athletes supplementing their conditioning. People who want to run and just not hate it.

Are there expectations? 

We develop goals together. Our focus is safely maximizing the joy of running.

What is it?

One-on-one 60 or 30 min sessions to find and address your pain or goals. These could span from being purely hands-on work, or you getting in mid-day HIIT workout/sprint session to figure out if you're returning to soccer next week. You will be then emailed a descriptive plan of attack.

How can I use it?

To feel better, ask questions, get reassurance on injury status, or improve your training approach. 

Who is it for?

People with nagging pains, acute traumatic injuries, post-operative clients, or someone who has questions on how 'serious' something may be. 

Are there expectations? 

Only to return to full or improved ability. We develop goals together. No issue is too big or too small.
